Club Activities: Positions are always open to club members to help with various aspects of club functions. In particular, we need and encourage members to join the board and take part in planning activities for the year; to help with community outreach events such as staffing club tables at local festivals, and bringing butterfly education to school children.

As a chapter of NABA, the Sarasota County Butterfly Club receives only small percentage of NABA/club membership dues and therefore operates solely on donations, fund-raising efforts and proceeds from our monthly meeting raffles. to support our club’s activities.
